We want you to feel confident and supported when purchasing from Rooted Alchemy. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Apparel & Merchandise
Most apparel and merchandise sold through Rooted Alchemy is made and fulfilled through our production partner, Tapstitch. Because these products are made-to-order and drop shipped, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizing selections made by the customer
- Buyer’s remorse
- Minor color or print variations
- Delayed shipping caused by carriers
Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we’ll gladly work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or solution.
Tai Chi Stick Orders
The Tai Chi Stick is handled separately from our drop shipped merchandise.
Because these are specialty training tools produced in smaller batches, all Tai Chi Stick sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If there is an issue with your Tai Chi Stick order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order information.
