What is Rooted Alchemy?

Rooted Alchemy is a wellness and movement brand focused on Tai Chi, Qigong, mindful movement, longevity, and self-cultivation.

Where are your products made?

Most of our apparel and merchandise is made-to-order and fulfilled through our production partner, Tapstitch. Our Tai Chi Stick is handled separately from our drop shipped merchandise.

Do you accept returns?

Most apparel and merchandise is made-to-order, so we do not accept returns for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or minor product variations. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Because our apparel and merchandise is made-to-order, we do not currently offer size exchanges. Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on the product, production timeline, and destination. Since many items are made-to-order, please allow additional processing time before your order ships.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review the issue and help provide a solution.

What is the Tai Chi Stick?

The Tai Chi Stick is a specialty training tool used for internal arts, mindful movement, breath connection, and body awareness. It is handled separately from our standard apparel and merchandise.

Are Tai Chi Stick sales final?

Yes. Because the Tai Chi Stick is a specialty training tool produced in smaller batches, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Do I need Tai Chi or Qigong experience to use your products?

No. Rooted Alchemy is beginner-friendly. Our products and practices are designed to support people at different stages of their wellness and movement journey.
